well just cos u don;t like these bands doesn't mean that they suck.....it just means that ur taste in music is different to wat the majority of socity is voting for ..... and some ppl like wat they see with bands and singers which becomes their idol..why break pplz hearts just cos u don't agree? wit regards to Casey Donovan.......there were a number of contestants that the Australian public disagreed with and thats why they didn;t win.....it was up to the Australian public to judge and if u don't like the outcome build a bridge and walk over it.......
u should look at singers and bands and see them for wat they are in terms of their talents not wat ur personal preference is wit music.......why waste so much energy on writing about bands and singers that u hate.......and use ur words for good and write a song urself

Basically, my opinion is the one that counts. Who are you to question my infinite wisdom?
ALL of those bands and singers (and I use those terms loosely) are lacking in talent, originality, integrity and balls. Without radio, these pathetic fucks would never survive. GOOD music lives and dies by word-of-mouth, live performances, and most of all, the MUSIC.
Unlike the majority of the general public, I DON'T like being told what to like, wear, eat, watch etc etc. Corporate media (i.e newspapers, magazines, radio)practically manipulates people into buying their products, and people who aren't quite up to speed with the 'trends' are ostracised.
But more to the point, I'm not telling you what to like and what to hate. I am merely informing you of your God-given right to choose. And on that note, I will leave you with 2 questions:
1. Would your lifestyle be the same without the threat of persecution for just being yourself? And,
2.Would you make the same life choices if you had more freedom of choice?
Live YOUR life, not the life that you are led to believe that you want.

firstly, i'm not influenced by the media or by my peers i simply live life to what i believe is life....i carry out day-to-day operations as everyone does....but there is no way that personally i'm influenced in anyway by bands or singers and the way media perceives situations....i'm an individual and never do or buy anything just cos my friends are doing it or have it.....i live to my rules....i'm me and if u don't like it fuck off....thats the why is.......i don;t see the point in changing for ppl around u

Well first of all most of them bands and singers you put down does suck. But there are a few singers that i do like such as Usher and Nelly. Have to go. I agree with you 100 percent. ty for that.
